This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the NameToProfile website, add-ins, dashboard, APIs, batch tools, and related services. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful business or other expressly authorized purposes and only in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, this Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, and applicable third-party platform terms.
3. No Scraping, No Bypass, No Unauthorized Access
You must not use the Service as a scraping tool for LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or any other third-party platform; to bypass passwords, authentication, access restrictions, private settings, robots controls, or technical protections; to harvest data unlawfully; to test stolen credentials, session cookies, or account access; or to automate unauthorized access to any third-party service.
You may only submit data that you lawfully obtained and are permitted to process.
4. No Illegal, Harmful, or Abusive Use
You must not use the Service to violate any law or regulation, infringe privacy, publicity, confidentiality, data protection, intellectual property, or contractual rights, process unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or malicious content, commit fraud, phishing, impersonation, or identity abuse, send malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious code, or interfere with the Service or other users.
5. No Misuse of Customer Data
You must not upload data you are not authorized to process, upload credentials, passwords, authentication tokens, or highly sensitive secrets, upload highly sensitive personal data unless expressly permitted in writing, or rely on Service output as verified identity proof, legal due diligence, or compliance certification.
6. No Spam or Unlawful Outreach
You must not use the Service in connection with unlawful spam, deceptive mass messaging, harassment, unlawful surveillance, restricted or sanctioned activities, or outreach that violates anti-spam, privacy, or platform rules.
7. No Abuse of Infrastructure

8. No Reverse Engineering or Competitive Misuse
You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or copy the Service; extract internal logic, scoring methods, or proprietary workflows; use the Service or its outputs to build, train, benchmark, or improve a competing product using copied Service logic; or remove proprietary notices or misrepresent the Service as your own.
9. No Restricted Party or Sanctions Violations
You must not use the Service in violation of export controls, sanctions, or embargo laws, for the benefit of any prohibited or restricted person, entity, or territory, or in any way that would expose us, our vendors, or payment providers to sanctions risk.
10. Fair Use and Operational Protection
We may monitor usage patterns to protect the stability, security, and reliability of the Service. We reserve the right to throttle, queue, rate-limit, suspend, or reject requests that are abusive, excessive, harmful, or technically disruptive, even if credits remain available.
11. Enforcement
If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may, with or without notice, warn you, suspend or restrict access, reject requests, remove content where applicable, terminate access, preserve relevant logs or records, and cooperate with lawful requests from regulators, courts, law enforcement, vendors, or payment processors.
