4. Data Protection Roles
For lead data, prospect data, names, URLs, spreadsheet content, workbook content, and other personal data that you upload or submit for processing through the Service on behalf of your business or clients ("Customer Data"), you are the Data Fiduciary / controller / business, as applicable, and we act as a data processor / service provider / contractor, as applicable, to process that Customer Data on your behalf.
For data that we collect for our own business and operational purposes, such as account registration data, billing records, support requests, fraud prevention logs, security logs, and service analytics, we act as the Data Fiduciary / controller / business, as applicable.
5. Personal Data We Collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the following categories of data:
- Account and Contact Data: full name, company name, email address, phone number if provided, account credentials or authentication-related identifiers, and plan, subscription, or credit information.
- Customer Data Submitted for Processing: lead names, LinkedIn Sales Navigator lead URLs, spreadsheet cells, worksheets, workbook data, batch-uploaded files, and support attachments or examples you voluntarily send us.
- Add-in and Integration Data: selected cells, spreadsheet content or workbook content relevant to the requested operation, file identifiers, sheet names, workbook names, or document metadata needed for the feature, and permission or authorization information required by Google or Microsoft to run the add-in.
- Technical and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, timestamps, request logs, usage metrics, crash logs, diagnostics, performance data, referrer information, and approximate location inferred from IP where available.
- Billing and Transaction Data: plan type, credits purchased or used, payment status, invoice or transaction references, billing country, and tax-related details where required. We do not store your full payment card details when payment is processed by a third-party payment processor such as PayPal.
