What is the self-serve option?

Do I have to install anything?

Not much. ContactHarvest is a quick browser add-on; briefs and scoring run in your dashboard with no install. Custom tools we build to your brief run from your own end.

How does pricing work — do I need a subscription?

It's credit-based. You start free with trial credits (no card), then either choose a plan or top up credits as you go. Resolving, scoring and enrichment each consume credits, and you only pay for what you use. See the pricing page for current credit costs.

Do my credits expire?

Your free trial credits don't expire. If you're on a paid plan, plan credits follow that plan's terms — the pricing page spells out the details.

Which platforms do you work with?

Lead generation isn't one platform — we work across the sources and tools you already use (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, Prospeo and more) plus public web sources. Tools are built to fit your stack.

An ICP brief is a structured definition of your ideal customer that every tool scores against. You create it once — from your dashboard or the AI Sales Assistant extension — so fit scoring is consistent across everything you do.

Is the contact data verified?

Yes. Enrichment returns verified work email and phone where available, and you're billed only for the contacts actually delivered — not for the ones we can't find.

Self-serve is no-code — you work through the extensions, dashboard and spreadsheet add-ons. We don't offer an open developer API, but a REST API is available on a case-by-case basis after approval; contact us with your use case if you need to automate in your own stack.
