Do credits expire?
No. Credits you purchase do not expire. You can use them at any time, at any pace.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Resolutions will stop until you purchase additional credits. You can top up at any time from your dashboard. Your existing data and history are always available.
Is the trial really free?
Yes — no credit card required. You get 100 credits to test the resolver with real Sales Navigator leads before committing to a paid plan.
Can I use credits across all integrations?
Yes. Credits work across the single URL resolver, batch processing, Google Sheets add-in, Excel add-in, Chrome Extension, and API. All integrations draw from the same credit balance.
How do promo codes and offers work?
Active site-wide offers are applied automatically to the prices shown above. Promo codes can be entered at checkout and are validated against our promo code database — valid codes apply an additional discount on top of the base price.
What if a URL can't be resolved?
A credit is used for each resolution attempt, regardless of whether a match is found. We recommend using the trial credits to evaluate match quality for your specific use case before purchasing.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. We recommend testing with the free trial first to ensure the resolver meets your requirements before purchasing.
Is there a monthly subscription?
