Getting Started

What does NameToProfile do?

NameToProfile resolves LinkedIn Sales Navigator lead links into likely public LinkedIn profile URLs. It's designed for sales teams, recruiters, RevOps managers, and agencies that need clean, usable LinkedIn profile URLs from Sales Navigator data — without manual searching.

Is a LinkedIn Sales Navigator account required to use this?

Yes. You need a LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription to generate the lead URLs that NameToProfile resolves. You provide both the lead's name and their Sales Navigator lead URL, and our system returns the most likely matching public LinkedIn profile URL.

How accurate is the resolution?

Match accuracy depends on the quality of the input data — specifically how precise the name and Sales Navigator lead URL are. We recommend using the 100 free trial credits to evaluate match quality for your specific use case before purchasing a larger plan.

How do I get started?

Create a free account — no credit card required. You get 100 trial credits to test the resolver with real Sales Navigator leads. Use the single URL resolver, try the batch upload, or test the Google Sheets add-in before moving to a paid plan.

Pricing & Credits

What is a credit?

One credit is used each time you resolve one LinkedIn Sales Navigator lead URL — regardless of which integration you use. Whether you process leads through batch upload, Google Sheets, Excel, the single URL resolver, the Chrome Extension, or the API, each resolution draws one credit from your balance.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits you purchase do not expire. You can use them at any time, at any pace. There are no monthly usage requirements or rollover limits.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account includes 100 free trial credits. No credit card is required to access the trial. We encourage you to test the resolver with real Sales Navigator leads before committing to a paid plan.

What happens when credits run out?

Resolutions will stop when your credit balance reaches zero. You can purchase additional credits at any time from your dashboard. Your account history, API keys, and settings are preserved.

Do you offer refunds?

No. We don't offer refunds on purchased credits. We recommend testing thoroughly with the free trial first to confirm the resolver meets your requirements before purchasing.

Are there monthly subscriptions?

No. All plans are one-time credit purchases, not recurring subscriptions. You choose when to buy more credits. There's no automatic billing or renewal.

Is there a volume discount for high-volume teams?

Yes. For teams processing large volumes regularly, we offer custom pricing and managed service arrangements. Contact us with your expected volume and use case.

Integrations

What integrations are available?

NameToProfile supports six integration methods: Google Sheets add-in, Excel add-in, batch file processing (CSV/Excel upload), single URL resolver in your dashboard, Chrome Extension for one-click resolution while browsing Sales Navigator, and a REST API for custom integrations.

Can I use the Google Sheets add-in for team workflows?

Yes. The Google Sheets add-in works within any shared Google Sheet, making it practical for collaborative lead operations, team-based enrichment workflows, and shared campaign files.

How many records can I process in a batch?

Batch processing supports up to 1,000 records per file. For larger volumes, split your list into multiple files or contact us about enterprise arrangements.

Is the Chrome Extension available on all platforms?

The Chrome Extension is available for Google Chrome on desktop. A Firefox Extension is also live now on Firefox Add-ons.

Can I access the API?

Yes. Authenticated API access is included with all paid plans. You can find your API key in your dashboard. Use it to build URL resolution directly into your own internal tools, workflows, or enrichment pipelines.

Data & Privacy

Is NameToProfile GDPR compliant?

Yes. NameToProfile is built with GDPR compliance in mind. We don't store or resell the leads you process. Uploaded files are retained for download for a limited period and then discarded. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum for full details.

Do you scrape LinkedIn?

No. We do not scrape LinkedIn or operate directly on LinkedIn's platform. You supply the Sales Navigator URLs from your own legitimate account. Our system resolves the likely public profile match without accessing LinkedIn on your behalf or operating outside the data you provide.

Does NameToProfile store my uploaded lead data?

Uploaded batch files are stored securely and made available for download for a limited period (configurable). After that period, they are deleted. We do not use your lead data for any purpose other than processing your resolution requests.

Is my payment information stored securely?

We use Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay for payment processing. Payment card data is handled entirely by these PCI-compliant providers — we do not store card details on our servers.

Custom Services

Do you offer managed data services beyond URL resolution?

Yes. In addition to self-serve URL resolution, we offer custom managed services including lead list building, account list building, lead data cleaning and standardization, profile-to-company mapping, recruiting and talent sourcing support, and lead data enrichment. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

How do custom services work?

You describe your use case, target audience or criteria, and expected volume. We review the requirements and come back with a solution plan, timeline, and pricing. Most custom service engagements are quoted based on volume, complexity, and turnaround requirements.

What output format do custom services deliver?

Typically CSV or Excel, structured to your requirements. We can adapt the output format and field structure to fit your CRM, outreach tool, or data pipeline.
