This Privacy Policy explains how JSK Business Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operating under the brand NameToProfile, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you access or use our website, dashboard, Google Sheets add-in, Microsoft Excel add-in, browser extensions, batch-processing tools, APIs, support channels, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to our website, account holders and trial users, users of our Google Sheets add-in, users of our Microsoft Excel add-in, customers who upload or submit data for processing, and persons who contact us for support, sales, or business inquiries.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, products, services, or platforms that you access separately, including LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, and PayPal, each of which has its own policies and practices.

This Privacy Policy also applies to the NameToProfile browser extensions (each, an "Extension"). These include ContactHarvest, which finds business email addresses and phone numbers shown on a page you open, and the AI Sales Assistant, which reads the professional profile or company page you are viewing to score it against your ideal-customer profile and to prepare suggested outreach and content. An Extension acts only on the page you are actively viewing, using information already available to you in your own browser session, and sends the relevant inputs to the NameToProfile API for resolution, verification, scoring, or draft generation.

Each Extension operates only on the pages required for its functionality and does not provide general browsing, advertising, or unrelated tracking features.

For lead data, prospect data, names, URLs, spreadsheet content, workbook content, and other personal data that you upload or submit for processing through the Service on behalf of your business or clients ("Customer Data"), you are the Data Fiduciary / controller / business, as applicable, and we act as a data processor / service provider / contractor, as applicable, to process that Customer Data on your behalf.

For data that we collect for our own business and operational purposes, such as account registration data, billing records, support requests, fraud prevention logs, security logs, and service analytics, we act as the Data Fiduciary / controller / business, as applicable.

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the following categories of data:

• Account and Contact Data: full name, company name, email address, phone number if provided, account credentials or authentication-related identifiers, and plan, subscription, or credit information.
• Customer Data Submitted for Processing: lead names and the profile or company URLs you submit, spreadsheet cells, worksheets, workbook data, batch-uploaded files, and support attachments or examples you voluntarily send us.
• Browser Extension Data: when you use an Extension on a supported page, we may process your NameToProfile API key, information visible on the page you are viewing (such as names, business email addresses, phone numbers, and profile or company URLs), derived identifiers, the fields the Extension extracts or scores, extension status and error data, records queued or produced locally, and local extension storage data needed to operate the feature.
• Add-in and Integration Data: selected cells, spreadsheet content or workbook content relevant to the requested operation, file identifiers, sheet names, workbook names, or document metadata needed for the feature, and permission or authorization information required by Google or Microsoft to run the add-in.
• Technical and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, timestamps, request logs, usage metrics, crash logs, diagnostics, performance data, referrer information, and approximate location inferred from IP where available.
• Billing and Transaction Data: plan type, credits purchased or used, payment status, invoice or transaction references, billing country, and tax-related details where required. We do not store your full payment card details when payment is processed by a third-party payment processor such as PayPal.
• Communications Data: support messages, sales inquiries, demo requests, email communications, and chat or contact-form submissions.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: we may collect data through cookies, pixels, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies. Please see our Cookie Policy for details.

We may use personal data to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service; authenticate users and manage accounts; process submitted records and return output; operate our website, Google Sheets add-in, and Excel add-in; provide support and respond to inquiries; process payments and manage billing; monitor usage, performance, reliability, and abuse; protect the security and integrity of the Service; prevent fraud, unauthorized access, chargebacks, and misuse; communicate service updates, notices, and administrative messages; comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and policies; and generate aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified analytics for product improvement.

For the browser Extensions specifically, we use this data to authenticate API requests, read the page you are actively viewing to find or structure the information the Extension is designed to return, queue records locally in your browser, submit the relevant inputs to the NameToProfile API for resolution, verification, scoring, or draft generation, return the results, display usage and credit information, and enable export of results.

We do not sell Customer-uploaded lead datasets as your proprietary dataset.

We use Google Analytics 4 to help us understand how visitors use our website and improve performance, usability, and content. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, and interactions with our website. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies, including identifiers such as the _ga cookie, to distinguish users and sessions.

We use this information for website analytics, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and service improvement. Where required by applicable law, we request consent before enabling non-essential analytics technologies. Users may manage cookie choices through our cookie banner or browser settings, where available.

Where required by applicable law, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract or provision of requested services, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests including security, fraud prevention, support, and service improvement, consent where required by law, and your instructions where we process Customer Data on your behalf.

For eligible business customers, a Data Processing Addendum and, where applicable, additional transfer terms may be made available on request.

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Service, maintain account and billing records, resolve disputes, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, and enforce agreements and protect our business.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, the service used, technical needs, backup cycles, contractual requirements, and legal obligations.

The Extension stores certain operational data locally in the user's browser, which may include the API key, queued leads, resolved leads, usage status, error state, and capture state. This local storage is used to preserve workflow state between popup opens and service-worker restarts. Locally stored extension data remains in the browser until removed by the user, cleared by the Extension, or deleted when the Extension is uninstalled.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights relating to your personal data, including rights to access, correction or rectification, deletion or erasure, data portability, restriction or objection, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and complain to a regulator or supervisory authority.

If your personal data was submitted to us by one of our customers as part of Customer Data, we may direct your request to that customer because that customer is the relevant Data Fiduciary, controller, or business for that data.

If you upload or submit Customer Data, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and share that data, providing any notices required by law, obtaining any required consent or permission, and responding to privacy rights requests from your users, prospects, or data subjects, except where applicable law requires us to respond directly.

We use a combination of administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children through the Service for consumer use. Our Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and PayPal, and you may use it alongside other prospecting or data platforms of your own. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

When used through a browser Extension, the Service interacts only with the page you are actively viewing, solely to provide that Extension's stated functionality.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, or PayPal unless expressly stated otherwise.

Our Google Sheets add-on (listed on the Google Workspace Marketplace as "NameToProfile – LinkedIn Profile Resolver") accesses Google user data through Google APIs only to provide its features — for example, reading the cells you select and returning resolved results to your sheet. NameToProfile's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is used only to provide and improve the add-on's user-facing features; is not sold; is not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition; is not used for advertising; and is not used to train generalized or non-personalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Humans do not read this data unless we have your affirmative consent for specific pieces, it is necessary for security or to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and de-identified.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date and publish the revised version on our website or through the Service.
