How do payments work?

An advance to start (typically half the estimate), then settlement against the records we actually deliver, on a milestone basis. You're never charged for undelivered work, and refunds are issued if a settlement comes in under the advance.

What do you need from me to start?

It depends on volume and add-ons — many lists deliver within a few business days, and larger or enriched orders can run longer. We confirm the timeline in your quote, and large orders can be delivered in milestones.
