You control your account
Self-serve tools run from your own end. You're responsible for compliant use of your own accounts and any platform terms you're bound by.
Encrypted & least-privilege
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; production access is restricted and logged.
Opt-out & deletion
We honour data-subject requests — opt-out and deletion — and pass them through to the records we hold.
DPA on request
A Data Processing Addendum is available for customers who need one for their own compliance.
Where our data comes from
NameToProfile provides verified B2B contact and account data from public web sources and licensed or compiled data providers. Lead generation isn't a single platform, and neither is our sourcing — we work across the sources and tools your team already uses rather than depending on any one of them. When we build a custom tool to your brief, it works from public web sources and runs from your end.
For done-for-you delivery, we describe sourcing generically in the engagement and put verification first: records are checked before they reach you, and enrichment is billed only when a contact is actually delivered — so you don't pay for misses, and the data that lands in your CRM is cleaner and more deliverable.
Your responsibilities and ours
Our self-serve tools are built to your brief and run by you. You are responsible for using your own accounts in line with the terms of any platform you use, and for running outreach in compliance with the laws that apply to you — including marketing-consent, suppression and unsubscribe obligations. We're responsible for handling the data you entrust to us securely and for honouring data-subject requests.
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, restrict and log access to production data, and never sell personal data. We honour opt-out and deletion requests and pass them through to the records we hold.
