When you export leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you get internal Sales Navigator URLs — links like linkedin.com/sales/lead/ABC123 that only work inside Sales Navigator. They don't paste into your CRM. They don't work in outreach tools. They can't be shared with your team or used in enrichment workflows.
The manual workaround — opening each record and copying the public LinkedIn URL — is slow, error-prone, and doesn't scale. For teams processing hundreds or thousands of leads, it's a significant time drain.
NameToProfile solves this automatically. You submit the Sales Navigator lead URL (plus the lead's name), and we return the most likely public LinkedIn profile URL — ready to use in your CRM, outreach platform, or data pipeline.

We take data handling seriously. NameToProfile is built with GDPR compliance in mind from the ground up. We don't store or resell the leads you process. Uploaded files are used for resolution and then discarded according to our data retention policy.
We don't operate on LinkedIn directly. You supply the Sales Navigator URLs from your own legitimate account, and we handle the resolution on our infrastructure.
