What does it extract?

Up to 18 fields from a public company page. Five are always included — name, LinkedIn company ID, headquarters, followers, and employees on LinkedIn — plus optional logo, summary, overview, website, phone, industry, type, size, staff count, founded, specialties, locations and funding. It reads LinkedIn's structured data first and falls back to the visible page.

Do I need to be logged into LinkedIn?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The extension reads the company page you're viewing, so you must be signed in to LinkedIn. A few fields (phone, company type, staff count, locations, funding) come only from the signed-in structured source and otherwise show '—'.

Do I need Sales Navigator?

Accepted Answer

No. It works on any public LinkedIn company page — Sales Navigator isn't required.

Is extraction free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — extracting, bulk capture and export cost no credits. You only spend credits if you choose to account-score: Fast is 1 credit, Deep AI is 20 credits, and a repeat of the same company + brief within 24 hours is free.

Question 5

What's the difference between Fast and Deep account scoring?

Accepted Answer

Fast is an instant, rule-based fit check (1 credit) returning a verdict (strong / maybe / skip / disqualified), a 0–100 score, the matched segment and reasons. Deep is a 20-credit AI assessment adding a confidence percentage, a written rationale and a recommended action (engage now / nurture / wait for signal / research more / monitor competitor / skip).

Can I capture and score many companies at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bulk Capture auto-adds each company page you open to one list (it unlocks at a 250-credit balance, which is never deducted), and you can Fast- or Deep-score the whole batch. Deep bulk runs are capped at 50 by default, you can score only newly-added companies, and failed rows can be retried.

What formats can I export, and do scores come with it?

Copy Row (tab-separated, paste straight into Excel/Sheets), or download Excel, CSV or JSON. Once you've scored, exports add fast_verdict, fast_score, fast_segment, deep_verdict, deep_recommended_action and deep_confidence columns, with the LinkedIn URL as the last column.

Do I need an approved ICP brief to score?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Briefs are created and approved in your dashboard (not in the extension); pick one in the scoring panel to score against it.

Is my data private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your extracted companies, preferences and scores stay in your browser. The only routine calls validate your API key and balance; a company's details are sent to NameToProfile only when you click a score button.
