What can I extract from a profile?

You choose from 17 sections — Intro, About, Experience, Education, Skills, Languages, Certifications, Projects, Volunteering, Accomplishments, Recommendations, Services, Interests, Causes, Contact info, Network and creator website — and export only the ones you tick. Experience and Education have a 'most-recent N' limit (default 2; set 0 for all).

Do I need Sales Navigator?

No. It works on any regular LinkedIn profile open in your active tab — just be signed in to LinkedIn. It isn't a search scraper, so Sales Navigator isn't required.

What's the difference between Fast and Deep scoring?

Accepted Answer

Fast is a deterministic score — 1 credit, a few seconds — returning a verdict, numeric score, matched segment, reasons and a recommended channel. Deep is an AI score (20 credits, ~10–60s) returning a verdict, confidence, a written rationale and a recommended action. Both cache per brief + profile for 24 hours, so re-scoring in that window is free.

Can I capture and score many profiles at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Bulk Capture saves many profiles in one session and exports them together, and you can Fast- or Deep-score the whole batch. Deep is capped at 50 profiles per run by default, already-cached results are free, and you can choose 'score new only' or 're-score all'.

Do I need an approved ICP brief to score?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You create briefs in your dashboard, and they go through an approval step before they can be used for scoring here. Listing your briefs in the extension is free.

Do my captures and scores stick around?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your captures, scores, selected brief and field choices are stored locally and survive closing the popup or restarting the browser. Signing out only removes your API key and credit snapshot — your work stays.

Why is contact info sometimes empty?

Accepted Answer

Contact info comes from LinkedIn's contact panel and depends on the profile owner's visibility settings. If they restrict it — or you're not signed in to LinkedIn — even LinkedIn won't show it, so the field comes back empty.

Does it crawl LinkedIn in the background?

Accepted Answer

No. It reads only the profile in your active tab, only when you click, and contacts the NameToProfile API solely for what you ask (scoring). It doesn't crawl LinkedIn in the background or collect your data.
