What it does

Engage adds a side panel to LinkedIn. On any profile or company you get a verdict in seconds, with the option to drill into a deeper AI second opinion. Then draft connect notes, DMs, InMails or emails, suggest a comment on any post, or turn a viral post into your own — all calibrated to your ICP brief and your writing voice. It never sends, posts, comments or connects for you.

Setup

Install & paste your key — Add the extension and paste your API key.

Create your first brief — Answer a few questions about your product; an LLM drafts a brief for you to review and approve (onboarding is a one-time 75-credit charge).

Calibrate your voice (optional) — Let it read your own profile and recent posts so drafts sound like you. Skippable, but recommended.

Daily use

Score a prospect or company — Fast verdict in ~5s; drill into a Deep AI opinion with confidence, rationale and a recommended action.
Draft a message — pick a channel (connect note 280 / DM 800 / email 1000 / InMail 800) and 1–3 variants; nudge with Shorter / Warmer / More direct / More specific, or use Generic only.
Suggest a comment — one click on any feed post; brief-aware or generic voice, with a suggested reaction.
Inspire a post — turn a viral post into your own draft with hashtags, an image prompt and a “why this works” note.
History — everything is saved (Prospects / Accounts / Comments / Posts), editable, and exportable to CSV.

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to do
Side panel grey / “Score” disabled	You're not on a profile page, or LinkedIn hasn't finished loading. Wait a second or reload the tab.
A scrape returned partial data	Be signed in to LinkedIn (the reliable path needs your session); hard-refresh and try again.
“Brief unavailable — retrying as generic”	The selected brief was archived. Pick an approved brief in the header and retry.
Scoring takes much longer than usual	Deep can take up to 60s. If still pending after 90s, refresh the side panel and retry.
No buttons appear on the feed	Another LinkedIn-related extension may be conflicting — disable it and reload the feed.
Out of credits	Top up in your dashboard, then click Refresh balance in the side-panel header.
