Setup, workflows and troubleshooting for every tool — written to answer real problems, not just list features.

NameToProfile works the same way across every tool: define your ideal customer once, then let the tools generate, score and enrich leads to that brief. If you're new, start by creating an ICP brief — it's the shared definition of fit that lead scoring and every tool read from.
These guides cover ContactHarvest and the Foundations every tool shares — ICP briefs and how Fast vs Deep scoring works. They're the concepts behind both the self-serve tools and done-for-you delivery.
Building your own workflow? The AI-powered tools are built to your brief and run by you, and REST API access is available on request — just talk to us.
A note on credits: you start free with 100 trial credits that never expire. ContactHarvest is free to harvest; you spend credits only on scoring (1 for a Fast score, 20 for a Deep one) and optional AI verification — all from a single shared balance, with scores cached permanently so revisiting a scored page is free. Each guide lists the exact credit cost for every action and ends with a troubleshooting table for the issues people actually hit. If a guide doesn't answer your question, the FAQ and support center go deeper, and you can always contact our team.
