The NameToProfile add-in integrates directly into that workflow — you paste your Sales Navigator lead URLs into a column, run the add-in, and the resolved public LinkedIn profile URLs appear alongside your data.

Requirements
- A Google Workspace or personal Google account
- A NameToProfile account with available credits
- Valid LinkedIn Sales Navigator lead URLs in your sheet
- Lead names in an adjacent column
How To Use It
Set up in minutes
Install the add-in from Google Workspace Marketplace
Open the NameToProfile add-in listing in the Google Workspace Marketplace and click Install. Use the direct link to access it. Grant the permissions required for the add-in to read and write data in your Google Sheets.
Authenticate with your NameToProfile account
Open the add-in sidebar in any Google Sheet and log in with your NameToProfile account credentials. Your available credit balance will be displayed.
Specify your name and URL columns
Tell the add-in which columns contain the lead names and the Sales Navigator lead URLs. The add-in will read from those columns and write results to adjacent output columns.
Run the resolver and review results
Click "Resolve" and the add-in processes each row, writing the public LinkedIn profile URL and resolution status for each lead. Review results directly in your sheet.
