What it does

Open a LinkedIn company page, click the extension, and get up to 18 firmographic fields ready for a spreadsheet. It reads LinkedIn's own structured data first and falls back to the visible page. Capture several companies in bulk and optionally score each as a good-fit account.

Before you start

A NameToProfile API key (extraction is free; scoring uses credits)

Fields you get

Five are always included — Name, LinkedIn company ID, Headquarters, Followers, and Employees on LinkedIn. Optional: Logo, Summary, Overview, Website, Phone, Industry, Company Type, Company Size, Staff Count, Founded, Specialties, Locations and Funding.

Phone, Company Type, Staff Count, Locations and Funding come only from the signed-in structured source — they show “—” if you're signed out or LinkedIn doesn't provide them.

Extract, capture & score

Extract — Open a company page, click Extract Data, and tick the fields you want.

Export — Copy Row (tab-separated, paste into a sheet) or download Excel, CSV or JSON. Score columns come first, the LinkedIn URL last.

Bulk capture — Auto-collect every company page you open into one list and download them together (unlocks at a 250-credit balance, which is never deducted).

Account-score — Pick an approved brief; Fast (1 credit) or Deep (20 credits). Deep bulk runs are capped at 50 by default; scores persist on each row.

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to do
“Navigate to a LinkedIn company page”	Open a linkedin.com/company/<name>/ page and try again.
“Please log in to LinkedIn first”	Sign in to LinkedIn, refresh the page, and extract again.
A field shows “—”	That detail isn't published, or it's a sign-in-only field. This is normal, not an error.
Start Capturing is greyed out	Bulk Capture needs a 250-credit balance (not spent). Top up, then Refresh usage.
Scoring buttons disabled	Select a brief, or create/approve one in your dashboard.
A score timed out	It retries once automatically; click Retry if it still fails. Deep scores can take up to ~90s.
