What it does

The Extractor turns Sales Navigator lead or account searches into an organized, exportable list. Save the people or companies on a search page, then from the saved list resolve public URLs, score each row against your ICP brief, chart the results, and export. It only reads the results you're viewing and never posts or changes anything on LinkedIn.

Before you start

Chrome or Firefox (desktop) and a LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription
A NameToProfile account with credits and an API key
An approved ICP brief if you want to score (created in your dashboard or the Engage extension)

Setup

Install & connect — Add the extension, open it, and paste your API key. The popup shows your credit balance.

Save, resolve, score, export

Save a page — Browse a Sales Navigator lead or account search and save the page — 1 credit per page you keep (up to 25 rows), regardless of how many you select.

Resolve — From the saved list, resolve rows to public profile URLs (1 credit per resolved lead).

Score — Pick a brief and Fast-score the whole list (1 credit/row); Deep-score your shortlist (20 credits/row) — Deep asks you to confirm first.

Export — Download to Excel, CSV or JSON. Exports include the public URL, confidence, and Fast/Deep scores with the brief each used.

Credits

Save a page of results: 1 credit (up to 25 rows)
Resolve: 1 credit per resolved lead
Fast score: 1 credit/row · Deep score: 20 credits/row

Deep scoring in bulk adds up fast — 25 rows × 20 = up to 500 credits. Most teams Fast-score everything and Deep-score only the best rows. Scores cache for 24 hours (a re-run is free).

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to do
Nothing saves	You need to be on a Sales Navigator lead or account search. The extension reads the results you're viewing.
Scoring buttons disabled	Pick an approved brief. Briefs are created and approved in your dashboard.
Out of credits	Top up in your dashboard; resolve/score buttons re-enable once you have a balance.
“Can I get my data back after Clear store?”	No — clearing the store is permanent. Export first if you want a copy.
Is this safe for my account?	It's passive — it reads the results you view and makes no extra requests, clicks or messages on LinkedIn.
